Version April 2026 · These terms govern use of the public pages of rushnova.games.

1. Service nature

Rushnova is a free, recreational web front that showcases stylised, casino-themed games. It does not create a real-money account, hold funds, or return monetary prizes. In-game “coins” and scores are for amusement only and have no cash or goods value.

2. Eligibility

Access and play are intended for individuals who are at least 18 (or the higher legal age in your state). You confirm that you meet that threshold when you use the site.

3. License & restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to load and use the static assets in a browser. You will not: reverse engineer for unlawful purposes, interfere with our hosting, or attempt to defraud or harass others through or around the product.

4. No warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free play, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. In jurisdictions that do not allow certain exclusions, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

6. Indemnity

You agree to hold harmless Rushnova Digital Private Limited, its contributors, and hosting or CDN providers from claims arising from your misuse, breach of these terms, or violation of local law while using the product.

7. Changes & termination

We may update the site or this document. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. We may stop publishing all or part of the project without liability.

8. Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point to another system. Subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer in your home jurisdiction, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to the Site, except where the law mandates a different forum.
